Which run of GMK SKIDATA+ is this? Is this a new group buy?
HappyKeys GMK SKIDATA+ sets are from the original R1 group buy from 2016. This is the first OG set designed with details as close to the original Skidata POS keyboard as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
All HappyKeys keysets are manufactured by GMK in Germany unless stated otherwise.
Are there any duties and taxes?
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. The customer is solely responsible for covering these additional costs.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately our discounts are not designed to be combined with each other, thank you for your understanding.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited nature of our exclusive keysets, all keyset sales are final.
How do you handle defected items?
Every order is carefully inspected and handpacked with care prior to shipping out to ensure a high level of quality control.
There is a 7-day exchange period from the delivery of your package for you to inspect for any defects. If a product contains any manufacturing defects, reach out to us at [email protected] regarding the issue with your order and we can figure out how we may help you.
We will evaluate your exchange request to see if it is a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused in original packaging and in the same condition that it arrived in.
